Free Exercise Tips and Routines

This is the page for free exercise tips and routines and to help you decide which type of exercise is best for you! So what type of exercise is best? That's the million dollar question that myself and Jason will answer on these pages. Whether you have never exercised before or you have done a bit. We cater to the beginner up to the more advanced exerciser who needs that extra challenge! Please click on the links at the bottom of the page for your free exercise tips and routines.

There are various types of exercises you can do, including aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and exercise using just your own bodyweight. Below are more detailed explanations of each.

Bodyweight Exercise

push up exercise, bodyweight exercise, push ups and weight loss Bodyweight exercises are exactly what they say, you just use your own body, no equipment needed. Aerobic Exercise

running and weight loss, aerobic and weight loss, running for fitness Aerobic exercise is using large muscles in the body performed at steady levels for a set amount of time Aerobic exercise works the heart, lungs and helps with fat burning. Examples of aerobic exercise include: jogging, walking, cycling and swimming.



Resistance Exercise

free dumbell exercise, ball exercise, free exercise ball exercises Resistance exercise is basically strength training and this is often overlooked by women because they think that they will "get big muscles" where in fact the opposite is the case! Resistance exercise will speed up your metabolism so will help weight loss, tone your muscles, burn fat and generally improve your self esteem. Examples are dumbbells, weight machines, resistance bands, body bars etc.

While just using one of the exercises routines is good in itself, I tend to use some of each, for example, I may use a couple of bodyweight exercises comdined with resistance bands and some tummy exercises add in some cardio and you have a complete workout.
