Exercise Stretches - Excellent Way to Gain Flexibility
Exercise stretches are a very important part of any fitness routine, and are the best way to gain flexibility. They are often the most overlooked. A routine of exercise stretches is very easy and making it a part of your daily regime is a must if you want to prevent or even reverse the issues of getting older.
Some of the problems with getting older is your muscles, tendons and ligaments become tighter and shorter and without doing anything about it can lead to certain problems, for example:
- Bad posture
- Reduced mobility
- Risk of injury
A lack of flexibility is the reason a lot of women as they get older their shoulder and back muscles shorten and become tighter and they develop that rounded shoulder witch from the fairytale look! A 10-15 minute daily program of stretching can reduce or even reverse these ageing signs, prevent injury and make you stand tall once again!
