Dumbell Exercises For a Complete Body Workout
For an, effective workout, you can't go wrong with dumbell exercises, not only do they come in different weights, they're very safe, you can perform lots of different exercises with just them, but, add in a bench or an exercise ball and you have a completely safe full body workout.
The ones I use are very female friendly, they are covered in a soft material, so are easy on the hands, They come in nice colours, unlike those off putting black metal ones. They come in a variety of weights starting from 0.5 kilograms up to 10kg. As some parts of the body are stronger than the other and depending on which exercise I'm doing, the dumbells I use are the 1.5kg, 2.0kg, 2.5kg, 3.0kg, 4kg, and 5kg versions.
Exercises With Dumbells
A good exercise to tone and strengthen the front of the upper arm (biceps) is the bicep curl, as seen in the photo.

Other exercises you could do include the
dumbell shoulder press
for the shoulders and
triceps extension
for the backs of the upper arm.
